Accommodation
Our letting rooms are individually styled, either with a wet room or a jacuzzi bath with power shower. Each has a sea view and can be used as a twin or super kingsize. All beds have memory foam, pocket sprung mattresses along with deluxe mattress toppers, full sized Molton Brown toiletries, hospitality trays, fresh fruit bowls, fluffy bathrobes, gigantic bath towels, TVs, iPod docking stations, DVD players, freeview and so on.
All rooms have underfloor heating.

Prices
Our prices range from £75 to £100 per person per night for bed and our gourmet breakfast, depending on what time of year you stay and the length of your stay. Scones with clotted cream and jam will be served between 4 and 6pm on the day of arrival. Throughout your stay complimentary malt whisky and Baileys is available, along with all goods in your bedroom fridge too.
Children/Pets
Sorry, but while we love children and animals, we have tried to create a quiet haven here at Ardtorna so we don't accept either. However our sister guest house Grove House, along the road in Connel, does accept children.

INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. This service is security protected hence a code is needed to operate this facility. No charge will be made for this service.

HOSPITALITY TRAYS
All bedrooms have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee,milk portions etc. Should you prefer fresh milk it is available next to our Nespresso coffee machine on the table outside your bedroom.
BEDDING
All of our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. Should you prefer a blanket, top sheet or extra pillows - these are available.
MOLTON BROWN TOILETRIES
These are for your use during your stay and are not to be removed. Should you wish to purchase any of these items, please ask.
HEATING
The property is heated by under floor heating, fed by our eco friendly ground source heat pump. There is a control in your bedroom which you can adjust to your liking.

We strongly advise that you read the Fire Notice within your room and personally check where your nearest fire exit is.

We are a non smoking establishment.

Should you require an iron/ ironing board during your stay - just ask.
HAIRDRYER
There is a hairdryer for your use in each bedroom.
DRINKING WATER
The water in the decanters is suitable for drinking. Ice is available upon request.
HOT FOOD IN BEDROOMS
Due to the high standard of furnishings etc we do not allow guests to eat hot food in their bedrooms.
Please note that any damage to furnishings, bed linen etc, whether accidental or otherwise, will have to be paid for in full.
TV/DVD/IPOD DOCKING STATION
The above is available in each bedroom.
There is also a DVD on our local area for you to view.
Should you wish to purchase one as a momento of your holiday they are available at the War and Peace Museum, in Oban, at a nominal fee.
BREAKFAST TIMES
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am - 9.00 am daily. Should these times not be suitable please contact us and every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.
PAYMENT
We accept credit and debit cards as well as Sterling cheques (with a cheque guarantee card) and Sterling money.
Should you need to withdraw cash, the village store in Connel, which is five miles away, has a cash machine which is free to use. The store opens at 6.00 am daily and closes at 6.00 pm Monday - Saturday and 1.00 pm on Sunday.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
We take the first night's accommodation cost as a deposit at the time of booking. This can either be paid by credit/debit card, cheque or an electronic bank transfer. This amount is non refundable should you need to cancel your booking. If you need to cancel a booking outwith the 30 days of the arrival date there will be no further charge. However any cancellations made within the 30 day period may be subject to further charges. We will obviously do our upmost to re let the room, and should we do so, no further charges will be made.
We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance to protect themselves should this happen. In the event of such a circumstance we will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.
Check in is from 4 pm. We ask that you let us know should you be arriving later than 6pm. Check out is 10am, however should you require a later check out of 12am and, if this can be arranged there will be an additional £25 charge per bedroom.
