Accommodation at Ardtorna B&B
Ardtorna's four letting rooms are individually styled, either with a colour changing wet room or a spa bath with power shower. Each deluxe super king room has ceiling to floor loch views. In addition there is a compact double room on the second floor overlooking the hills to the rear of the property with an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and walk in shower. All beds have memory foam, pocket sprung mattresses along with deluxe mattress toppers, full sized Molton Brown toiletries, hospitality trays, fluffy bathrobes, fluffy bath towels, Dyson hair dryers, TVs, DVD players, freeview and so on.
All rooms have a ground source underfloor heating system along with Dyson coolers / heaters.

Prices
Prices range from £80.00 to £110.00 per person per night for bed and a gourmet breakfast (breakfast dependent on which room booked), depending on what time of year you stay and the length of your stay. Sweet pastries will be served between 4 and 6pm on the day of arrival.
Children/Pets
Sorry, but while I love children and animals, I have tried to create a quiet haven here at Ardtorna so I don't accept either.

INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. This service is security protected hence a code is needed to operate this facility. No charge will be made for this service.

Ardtorna has two electric charging points (chargeable) to make life a bit easier!
HOSPITALITY TRAYS
All bedrooms have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee,milk portions etc. Should you prefer fresh milk it is available next to the Nespresso coffee machine on the table outside your bedroom.
BEDDING
All of Ardtorna's bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. Should you prefer a blanket, top sheet or extra pillows - these are available.
MOLTON BROWN TOILETRIES
There is a full sized range of Molton Brown toiletries that can be enjoyed during your stay.
HEATING
The property is heated by underfloor heating fed from an eco friendly ground source heat pump. Should you wish to adjust your bedroom temperature please use the Dyson heaters / coolers for this purpose. Please do not adjust the thermostat on the wall.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
For assistance up to 11pm please call 07867785524. After this hour should you require urgent help please ring the front door bell as this is connected to the private quarters.
FIRE PRECAUTIONS
It is strongly advised that you read the Fire Notice within your room and personally check where your nearest fire exit is.
SMOKING
Ardtorna is a non smoking establishment.
TRAVEL ADAPTORS
Should you require an adaptor for your electrical appliances during your stay please ask.
IRONING FACILITIES
Should you require an iron/ ironing board during your stay - just ask.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
There is a large laundry bag in each bedroom. The contents of this bag can be laundered by ourselves for a minimum fee.
DYSON HAIRDRYER
There is a Dyson hairdryer for your use in each bedroom.
DRINKING WATER
The water in the decanters is suitable for drinking. Ice is available upon request.
HOT FOOD IN BEDROOMS
Due to the high standard of furnishings, bed linen etc we ask guests not to eat hot food from other eateries outwith Ardtorna.
Please note that any damage to furnishings, bed linen etc, whether accidental or otherwise, will have to be paid for in full.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 9.00am. Should these times not be suitable please contact us and every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
The first night's accommodation cost is taken as a deposit at the time of booking. This can either be paid by credit or debit card. This amount is non refundable should you need to cancel your booking. However if the room can be re let for the same rate a credit note will be issued for a future stay at Ardtorna with limited validity. If you need to cancel a booking outwith the 60 days of the arrival date there will be no further charge. However any cancellations made within the 60 day period you will be liable to pay for the entire stay booked. I will obviously do my utmost to re let the room, and should I do so, no further charges will be made.

I strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance to protect themselves should this happen. In the event of such a circumstance I will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.
Check in is from 4pm. I ask that you let me know should you be arriving later than 6pm. Check out is 10am. A late check out service of 12 noon is available for an additional charge of £25. Advance booking is recommended.
